We’re proud to introduce you to St. James.

Available in two formats, a classic EL34 design anda higher gain 6L6 model, these amps are simple touse but highly versatile. Developed after monthsof forensic examination of vintage valve amps, theintuitive two channel set-up deliver our best evercleans and overdrives.

An inductive load is built into each St. James amp,this allows you to run the valves flat out withouthaving a speaker connected. Normally you wouldhave to pay over $1000 for an additional piece ofequipment – St. James has it included. Add in CabRig, our next-generation DSP speaker simulator tocapture incredible tones via USB / XLR D.I. out orheadphones.

The Power Reduction switch allows you to select50 Watts, 5 Watts or Sag to easily get the perfectbalance of power and response for any situation fromstudio to stage.

The unique Celestion Zephyr lightweight ferritespeaker, candlenut plywood cabinet and universalpower supply all go together to create 50 Watt valveamps that are less than half the weight of a traditionalvalve amp.

The head weighs just 6kg, while the 1x12 comboweighs only 11kg: these are the lightest 50 Wattvalve amps in the world and deliver amazing toneswithout compromise.

Built-in inductive load
St. James amps have a built-in reactive loadallowing you to drive the valves without aspeaker connected. The reactive load mimicsthe electrical response of a typical loudspeakerto deliver the authentic valve power-amptones possible in the studio or at home.No need to spend over $1000 on another price of equipment.

Power reduction
Based on our patented Dynamic PowerReduction design you can easily switch from50 Watts for the loudest clean headroom, downto 5 Watts for practicing, recording or smallergigs, or a more overdriven power amp tone.The third option is Sag. This setting generatesmore power supply ‘sag’ to accentuate the allimportantamp compression, the ‘feel’ is softerand more ‘vintage’.

Universal power supply
Our universal power supply, is lightweight andcan be used anywhere in the world from 90Vto 264V 50/60Hz.Lightweight cabinetCandlenut plywood is used for strength andlightness and it’s beneficial acoustic proprieties,creating a roadworthy cabinet that soundsgreat and won’t let you down.

NEW Cab Rig simulator technology
Cab Rig is our next-generation DSP speakersimulator that reproduces the sound and feel of amic’d up guitar cab in incredible detail. Cab Rig’snew advanced algorithm can simulate a speakercabinet and room with effectively zero latency, nophase mismatch and much more flexibility than anIR snapshot. Deep-dive using the accompanyingsoftware to capture the incredible tones via USB /XLR out or headphones.

Pro connectivity
With more musicians recording at home St. Jamesis perfect for the way we play today with USB audioconnectivity for pro-recording and an XLR D.I. forprofessional live use, both using the built-in inductiveload and Cab Rig speaker simulation.
